As an RIA, Krumbein Law PLLC operates as an investment manager to a private litigation finance fund. The firm continues to seek opportunities to expand in management of private funds and is in the process of establishing several other private funds.

As a law firm, Krumbein Law PLLC is focused primarily on commercial litigation and personal injury. In addition, the firm operates a mediation service. The firm has recovered millions of dollars for clients over the course of over a decade. The firm's founder has obtained a jury verdict of $3,085,000.00 in a soft tissue personal injury case, as well as published appellate opinions. In the commercial litigation setting, the firm has successfully represented over 100 pilots as a class against a commercial airline disputing the mandate to vaccinate against Covid-19 under the Religious Freedom Reformation Act as well as litigating securities, breach of contract, and fraud. In the personal injury space, he achieved a $4,000,000.00 settlement in a traumatic brain injury case.  In 2026, the firm obtained a defense benefit for a corporate client worth millions of dollars, and in 2025, the firm represented a corporate client in a lease dispute and obtained an approximate $1,000,000.00 benefit for our client.
